The prosecution in David's case withheld from the jury photos of the room the victim was fatally injured in. If they had been included, the jury would easily have seen that Joe Wilkes' confession was not factual. For the prosecution to have kept the photos out of court, they had to know the truth about the crime. Why else would they have done it?
