The Innocent
When I started doing David's case, I thought he was a fluke. One the system just didn't get right. I had no idea that there was such a widespread problem with the justice system. That so many people are wrongfully convicted and incarcerated in this county and others. I don't just accept it outright when others tell me their stories of wrongful conviction. I actually learn about their cases. And I am overwhelmed with what I have learned. So many years. So many lives. Someone needs to address this issue and remedy these situations. Or alot of someone's. All of us. We need to start getting this right. Equally important, we need to give the innocent back their lives.
