David Thorne: Wrongfully Incarcerated

David has been incarcerated for nearly 14 years for a crime he did not commit.  The only thing linking him to this crime is the coerced testimony of Joseph Wilkes, who has since recanted.  The crime scene photos show clearly how the crime happened, and directly contradicts the "facts" in Joseph's confession.  Witnesses committed perjury, false information was presented, and a reckless prosecution allowed an innocent man to be convicted.  David's arrest, conviction and incarceration are the results of sloppy and lazy police involvement and a system that wants to close a case more than it wants to find the truth.
